Personality: Because of her twisted sense of humor and lack of sympathy for humans, Cora represents a Dark Fae to the tee. Mischievous, cunning, and unforgiving Cora is a woman you fear more than respect. Her wrath is bountiful and easily summoned and any sign of disrespect towards her isn't easily forgotten. Lest you have the funds to save your hide, you better hope that your hiding spot is better than your manners.
Abilities: As a succubus, Cora has the ability to feed off sexual energy. She can read the aura of a person and gauge their emotions by certain colors associated to them, such as reds for anger and passion. Using this as well as her ability to influence people with a single touch, she can manipulate anyone within touching distance. When under her influence the person feels a strong desire for her and willingly accepts any orders given without question. If hungry, injured, or in Cora's case "bored", a succubi can feed from either gender, and extracts their sexual energy through a kiss, though if severely injured can also procure what she needs from the sexual act itself. During this time her eyes glow a bright blue and with every feed maintains her beauty.
Ability Weaknesses: Because of Cora's age there aren't many weaknesses to her abilities, but there are a few exceptions. Like any succubus, she requires intake of sexual energy on a daily basis. Her appetite for sex is the equivalent to a humans appetite for food -- to survive, she must have it. If Cora was restricted from it she would grow extremely volatile and unreasonable (more so than she already is). Her abilities do not work on deities, angels, demons, or reapers.
History: Cora's exact birthday is unknown, then again, that's to be expected when you're over 2,000 years old. What she does remember is feeling the warm, humid air on her newborn skin and the look of hope in her mothers eyes to become the Queen she was expected to be. Fortunately for her mother, Cora succeeded in obtaining the throne, but instead of ruling the Light Fae as her mother expected, she holds dominion over the Dark Fae.
At an early age, Cora showed signs of mischief and trickery, not just towards humans, but to her own kind as well. She took pleasure in torturing the castle staff, and when of age began to feed off young males at her leisure. Her unruly behavior was not only putting the royal family in a bad light, it was becoming clear that the Queens hopes for her daughter to take her place was not in Cora's future. Through out the years Cora's amusement turned deadly and in a desperate attempt to prevent her daughter from terrorizing the Fae any longer and causing an all out war, she took her inheritance to the throne and locked her away.
