The Founders Council

[attr="class","i-content"]The Founders Council a relatively small organization located in Hallow Oaks and acts as the towns personal form of government. The small, but highly reputable, Founders Council consists of a family member from each prominent witch family. The council holds authority over all witches -covenanted or rogue- within its boundaries. Other forms of magic such as Voodoo or Expression aren’t widely used with the latter viewed as blasphemous, but the council takes no formal action against those who practice as long as a threat isn’t perceived.
